Why we launch our foundation

In 1963 the British Royal Society introduced the term “brain drain” to describe the migration of scientists and technologists from the United Kingdom to North America and Canada. Why couldn't they simply acknowledge they came to the USA? They're not in Mexico…

The term has simply come to mean the exodus of the educated, skilled, and talented from an ailing or destroyed society to a healthy and intact society.

Brain Drain Unlimited exists to help those who wish to move to the USA to resume careers and rebuild their lives. We focus our efforts on those people displaced by Russian aggression in Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, and, incredibly, Russia itself. If you can help us, please donate and get involved. If you need our help, reach out to us

Why we get our mission of draining the best brains

Well-educated and motivated staff play a crucial role in driving a state’s economy. When workers are educated, they contribute to higher productivity, innovation, and overall economic growth. Their skills attract businesses, enhance technological advancements, and create a positive impact. Moreover, happy and motivated employees perform better, leading to long-term benefits for state budgets. Investing in education is an investment in prosperity!

Well-educated and motivated individuals tend to exhibit positive qualities that make them better neighbors and more pleasant strangers in social settings. We will prove it with all the cases we get done! We believe we can bring into the USA brand new future stars
in business, science, entertainment, and sports areas. Many Russian or Soviet-rooted people made America a mighty state. A few examples are:

Sergey Brin, Google co-founder

“I came here to the US at age 6 with my family from the Soviet Union which was at that time the greatest enemy the US had, maybe it still is. It was a dire period, the cold war, as some people remember it. It was under the threat of nuclear annihilation. And even then the US had the courage to take me and my family in as refugees.” This quote is from the speech to the Google employees

Mila Kunis, a movie and TV actress

“I think that’s the beauty of America. It’s a melting pot. It’s a country built on immigrants.” This quote is from an interview with Mila Kunis by The Guardian in 2018.

Jan Koum, WhatsApp founder

“I grew up in a society where everything you did was eavesdropped on, recorded, snitched on. Nobody should have the right to eavesdrop, or you become a totalitarian state — the kind of state I escaped as a kid.”

Leadership

My name is Konstantin Samoilov. I am a Russian-born political activist and the host of the Inside Russia YouTube channel. In September of 2022, I was forced to flee Russia to get away from political prosecution and the mobilization taking my family along with me.
We settled in Uzbekistan. Three million people have fled Russia along with us. At the same time, many Ukrainian families have also fled running away from Russian aggression. Good people have settled all over the world. Uzbekistan alone is hosting 50,000 Russian and Ukrainian refugees. Most are bright, smart, educated, confident, and entrepreneurial. Most are law-abiding and hard-working people. Most have high values to oppose Russian aggression and not support the war with their skills and taxes. All of them want to find a new home. We at Brain Drain Unlimited identify well-educated people and help* them to move to America.

My name is Manus MacLean. 40+ years involved with business, law, finance and government services.

Specifically I have helped 1,000's find financing for home purchases, operating businesses and to access services through the courts, Internal Revenue Service, Small Business Administration, United States Citizens and Immigration Service and a whole host of other services to make life in the USA easy and enjoyable.
